Crown Rewards is the loyalty programme for guests who visit Crown Perth for gaming, hotels, dining, bars and entertainment. Members can collect Rewards Points for eligible purchases and work towards higher membership tiers by earning Tier Credits.
The two balances serve different purposes: points can be redeemed, while Tier Credits determine membership status and access to additional benefits.
Crown Rewards Tiers and How They Work

Tier requirements and benefits are subject to Crown Rewards terms. Membership status is reviewed every 1 October, using Tier Credits earned in the preceding 12 months. If you join between review dates, you may qualify for a higher tier before the next annual review.
Earning Tier Credits
The number of Tier Credits earned depends on the activity. Crown Perth publishes these rates for eligible spending:
- Hotel stays: $1 spent earns 2.5 Tier Credits.
- Participating restaurants, bars and nightclubs: $1 spent earns 2 Tier Credits.
- Events and conferences: $1 spent earns 1 Tier Credit.
- Participating retail outlets: $1 spent earns 1 Tier Credit.
- Casino games: Tier Credits vary by game type and amount wagered.
A 30,000 Tier Credit cap per membership cycle applies to qualifying events and conference or retail transactions. Casino play does not use a single universal earning rate, so the amount wagered alone is not enough to calculate an exact tier progression.
Earning and Redeeming Crown Rewards Points
Rewards Points are separate from Tier Credits. They can be earned at participating Crown Perth venues when members present their Crown Rewards Card during an eligible transaction. Points can then help pay for purchases at participating facilities.
